Klammer software shortchanged

Like another poster here, I had a need to convert .msg files and purchased Klammer for $5.99 as the price seemed right. Only to discover that Klammer does not provide the simple batch feature of bulk convert.

For a few more lines of programming code, if you want to convert thousands of emails (which is always the case) you must purchase their Bulk Convert feature for $9.99

At $15.99 I think there are competitors out there provide more features at this price and perhaps not near as deceptive as these baitn switch turkeys.

My question is, do I stop at the $5.99 basic and go elsewhere? Or do I pay the additional $9.99 and be done with it?

Im telling ya, they got me by the balls and they wont let go.
